Job description
1.Perform visual inspections, functional testing, and repackaging of returned goods (including power banks, charging cables, chargers, headsets, speakers, and sweepers) in accordance with the company’s refurbishment standards and procedures.
2.Conduct visual inspections and simple functionality tests, and repackage products, ensuring that all refurbished items meet company standards before shipment.
3.Record and document issues related to RMA refurbishment failures, and work to optimize and improve refurbishment processes based on feedback.
Job Requirements:
1.Mustbe hard-working, reliable, and responsible.
2. German language proficiency
3. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
4. Proficient in computer operation, including Microsoft Office, email, and other relevant software
5. A technical background or previous experience in electronic engineering or a related field is preferred.
6. Prior experience in warehouse or factory work is preferred.
7. Must have a legal residence or work permit.
